Se estudia si el proceso de certificación de cascos, que varía en función del país del mundo, tiene influencia sobre los resultados observados en las pruebas de impacto de los mismos. Para ello se analizan los resultados obtenidos en los ensayos de 55 cascos de 10 países del mundo.


English layman's summary:

The goal of the study is to assess whether certification has any influence on the impact response of helmets obtained from 10 different countries. The results question whether different existing certification standards are contributing to produce better helmets.
